Great service, live in Northern Scotland and stove glass broke, panic our main source of heat in the winter, called Fireparts.com spoke to a very nice lady who sorted it out for me and said it would be in the post today, expected to wait a couple of days but it arrived next day, well packed, fitted in 20 minutes and stove back on. I had been trying to source this part from other Coalbrookdale agents without success for some time ,therefor I was pleased that Fireparts said that they could supply. The part was for my Coalbrookdale Darby stove which is 35 years old and so it is sometimes difficult to get spares. The person I spoke to was helpful and quickly identified the part I needed.
