Had to make some minor adjustments to get it to fit my Worcester Bosch Handbury 5 but it’s so much better grate than the two that have failed that were supplied with the stove . If anybody has same issues then use the Parkray Grate.

I rang your company to order a replacement Baxi grate. I had purchased one from you about 3 years ago and needed a replacement. You had record of my purchase and were able to quickly retrieve my details. Postage address was checked and I was told I would receive the grate in 2 or 3 days which I did. The service was 5 star and I was dealt with in a friendly and efficient way. Actually I kept a magnetic 'card' or your details on my refriderator where it remains.
