Speedy despatch and delivery. Excellent packing. However, only 4 stars because delivery was not advised in advance, and worse, courier (unknown company) left box on doorstep without knocking -- all too common. We only found it late in the evening when we let the cat out.

Thank you for your support during the delivery delays. The problem was with DPD not knowing when they would deliver, and giving many misleading indications. However, excluding the delays, the service was excellent.

Good quick response, and a personal email acknowledging order which feels good in these times of horrid automatic/Bot responses. Feels good to deal with real people these days. My delivery was delayed somewhat by adverse weather conditions here in Scotland (not the fault of Fireparts), so took almost 2 weeks instead of 2 days...but that was expected. Arrived safe and packaged well.
