Lynne’s help in finding what I needed was excellent. She has an excellent knowledge of your stock and took a lot of time to identify the correct replacement grate after establishing that the previous one I had was no longer made.

The website was straightforwar d I was able to look up my previous orders to reorder similar parts The order arrived very promptly Only 4 stars rather than 5 as it was difficult having unticked the box of delivery and billing as not the same to separate the addresses however there was an option to order and pay later i was telephoned the next day to sort it out and pay over the phone. So a good service and would defintely use them again
