The website was easy to navigate and find the correct new glass for the stove door. Glass was well packed and fitting was a doddle. Weve not been able to aee the wood burning so clearly for years!

Bricks and packing fine, but DPD couriers crushed box somehow and smashed the fire cement container, quite a feat considering the amount of packing inside. Cemen t all over everything and most wasted - very unsatisfactory . Bricks now installed and working just as needed, quality appears to be very good. deliver y time good as well.

The service was great. The part was no use at all. I have a Baxi Burnall and a recently fitted new style grate. There is no way that I or my family can see how this ‘deepening bar’ can fit. I am using it as a front door hold open wedge, it does that perfectly. If there’s a diagram or schematic drawing showing how it fits then fine otherwise a door wedge it shall be.

Having bought the same and other parkray products from this company I knew my way around the ordering system quite well it's simple to use, just check make model and if possible dimensions of item being ordered. Delivery item well packaged and deliver Within specified time.

product delivered was as ordered as per delivery instructions. Delivery driver was supposed to phone one hour before delivery (according to drivers boss) and did not. Because my work is weather dependant I was at home. If the weather had been good I would have been away.
