We don't get it right 100% of the time, so the feedback is key in helping us improve our service to all our current & future customers 😊

As always fireparts have the bits for our much wenlock stove,and any queries are always resolved quickly. Don’ t know what we’d do without you! Our stove is getting on in years, when the parts run out or ,god forbid its classed as obsolete , then we’ll get a new one.
