I rang your company to order a replacement Baxi grate. I had purchased one from you about 3 years ago and needed a replacement. You had record of my purchase and were able to quickly retrieve my details. Postage address was checked and I was told I would receive the grate in 2 or 3 days which I did. The service was 5 star and I was dealt with in a friendly and efficient way. Actually I kept a magnetic 'card' or your details on my refriderator where it remains.

The grate is exactly what was required and is a well produced product. I am very happy with it.

Delivered promptly and the exact spare I needed even though my fireplace is years old now. Thank you.

Fits perfectly in 16 inch Firemaster Superdraught De-luxe and maintains airflow with a gap around and underneath box. There is a metal tab underneath it sits on. It is also clear of the valve to allow free movement of the valve. If this helps anyone the valve for this fireplace is mounted in two holes one at the bottom at tube entry (scrape around and you will find it) and one at the top through metal plate.
