I rang your company to order a replacement Baxi grate. I had purchased one from you about 3 years ago and needed a replacement. You had record of my purchase and were able to quickly retrieve my details. Postage address was checked and I was told I would receive the grate in 2 or 3 days which I did.
The service was 5 star and I was dealt with in a friendly and efficient way.
Actually I kept a magnetic 'card' or your details on my refriderator where it remains.
The grate is exactly what was required and is a well produced product. I am very happy with it.

Did the job nicely and a perfect fit. However, be aware that the lifting slots are narrower than the old design, so the old lifting key does not work with it.

Solid Fuel All Night Burner and Solid Fuel Burners
All Night Burners (ANB) are 'solid fuel' burners, meaning they burn Coal or Wood. 'All Night Burners' are designed so the user can adjust the 'air flow' into the Fire. The Ashpit Cover (on the front of the All Night Burner) is adjustable and 'Air Flow' can be altered, thus allowing either a limited flow which is suitable for burning the fire all night (hence its name - All Night Burner!!) or a more rapid fire, with more 'Air Flow' allowing a hotter fire. The 'All Night Burner' consists of a FRET, GRATE, ASHPAN & OPERATING TOOL.
