Arrived well packed in good time
We have had two Parkrays in the last forty years, and if other energy prices continue to rise at the current rate will continue to use smokeless. The parts we have received from Fireparts have always been top quality so will use them in future. Many thanks

Came very quickly.
Just what I needed to replace old ones which had burned through and broken. Would usually have looked locally but went online because of Covid.

Excellent service, second to none and at a very competitive price. The order for the fire grate was dealt with promptly and the part was delivered well within the quoted timeframe.
The product is of excellent quality. The casting has no visible defects and has the dimensions quoted. A good replacement for the original part.
