Good quick response, and a personal email acknowledging order which feels good in these times of horrid automatic/Bot responses. Feels good to deal with real people these days. My delivery was delayed somewhat by adverse weather conditions here in Scotland (not the fault of Fireparts), so took almost 2 weeks instead of 2 days...but that was expected. Arrived safe and packaged well.

Looks good and fits perfectly, best fit I've had and I've ordered at least 10 over the past 17+ years (from other suppliers) since I've had a fire, as they only appear to last for a year or so before they crumble and break. Likely mass produced in China now. So, time will tell if the quality of this one outlasts the others. Fingers crossed it does as they have tripled in price over the years, but not lasted any longer! Hard to rate accurately prior to use...?
