Fast service, and fast response when there was a problem with the order.

I ordered this key at the same time as a new replacement grate. While the key was as per the original grate design, the new replacement grate has smaller holes and the key did not fit. Fireparts sent a replacement key modified to fit to fit the new grate design, which was very helpful. But be aware that the holes for the key are smaller on the replacement grate than on the original.
