I have received a very good service from Lynn at Fireparts. There was a delay in dispatching my items from Hunter stoves however Lynn was on it straight away. Continually chasing them with phone calls and also offering me a refund for the delayed delivery charge. Thank you for your persistence with Hunters as if I had dealt with someone less committed I would have just ended up with a full refund. Now my Hunter Stove looks amazing and it’s warm and toasty in my living room. Thank you soooooo much. Brilliant cheers
