Great items. Great website. Only annoyance was no tracking number for courier. Courier sends a text on the day of delivery. These items were heavy so i had to amend my week as & when the courier text me.

Very good to have this service available. We have now replaced firebars twice through the company over a number of years. Excellent service and especially delivery. Would certainly recommend the company.

I ordered a pair of side reducers but only one was sent. I emailed to report this, and received a helpful reply, and then a further two pieces, so I now have three. The packaging was myabe excessive, comprising a 30cm cube box for each delivery, filled mostly with air bags. Overall I feel that I was well served by this company, who attended swiftly to the original error.

It does exactly what it is intended to do, and is far preferable to fire bricks in building a smaller fire.
