I needed to replace a damaged log retainer/deepening bar, ash box and grate in a 60+ fireplace. I hadn’t a clue which parts, make or model I needed. I was guided extremely efficiently by Lynne from orders. All my many questions and queries were answered promptly and as a resulted I purchased all the required parts. These were delivered within a couple of days and all were correct and fitted perfectly. The personal service I received from Lynne is second to none. Living where I do in a relatively remote area of the Highlands of Scotland, I am forced to conduct alot of my shopping and business online. As such, I am able to objectively comment on the service I receive from each company I deal with. Lynne was able to give a personal touch to the purchases I made with prompt responses to each enquiry. I'm sure there are are others in the Fireparts.com team that have had a part in completing my orders, but Lynne stood out as someone who appeared to have her 'finger on the pulse' - and did not give the customer (me) the feeling that I was asking too much of them to complete my enquiry.
