Perfect New Baxi grate. Though the measurements were exactly as our (now disintegrated) Baxi grate, the product description did not say D21 which is how Ive recognised to buy the correct replacement over 30 years. However D21 was stamped on the base as normal. Delighted to have the correct grate.

Service was excellent. However, the packaging of the items was less so, HHR08008 was missing from the dlivery as a result of the package ends being closed with simple parcel tape - the product has burst through this during transit. Fireparts are dealing with this, again excellent service
