The Grate Guide is a part that supports the individual Firebars and is located inside the appliance at the rear / back. It is shapped like a 'Chocolate Toblerone' bar. Customers sometimes get confused between the 'Grate Support Bar' and the 'Shaker Bar' which is located at the FRONT of the appliance.
