I have received a very good service from Lynn at Fireparts. There was a delay in dispatching my items from Hunter stoves however Lynn was on it straight away. Continually chasing them with phone calls and also offering me a refund for the delayed delivery charge. Thank you for your persistence with Hunters as if I had dealt with someone less committed I would have just ended up with a full refund. Now my Hunter Stove looks amazing and it’s warm and toasty in my living room. Thank you soooooo much. Brilliant cheers

I needed some firebricks for a Little Wenlock.I phoned and spoke to Lyn who knew the product,gave me a price,took the order and my money...all very efficient and pleasant.Firebricks arrived within a few days...(which I haven't yet fitted) Excellent service thanks very much.. I have to tell you that I tried ordering from one of your competitors before calling you and their service was so poor that I gave up trying... Thanks and Merry Christmas.
