Thank you for this valuable feedback, the glass you ordered was a 'Parkray Supplied' glass.  I have checked Parkray's price (at time of writing) and it is £120.13 + VAT = £144 (Inc VAT) for this glass.  We charged you £96.33 + VAT = £115.60.  Whlst the glass its self is an expensive one....the saving to you based off the 'Manufactures own Retail Price' is £29 cheaper..  We try our best and achieve in most cases a discount for our Customers.  I have checked the 'market prices' and we are considerably cheaper than ALL the other sites selling this Parkray Supplied Glass . We will maintain this discounted price for as long as possible for our Customers.

Your member of staff… Lynne went above and beyond. She managed to find me a 16” Dunsley Black Enterprise Castle (Fire)… and I am absolutely thrilled. Once the fire was sorted… the service was quick. My new fire with grate bottom, new pan and spacer bar etc is now in place and I love it. I would certainly recommend Fireparts.com.
