The person I spoke to was pleasant and friendly in her telephone manner and was knowledgeable in the items we rang to discuss. The items were delivered within the time-scale stated and was well packaged.

Was kept informed of progress and any issues with the order along the way, even had a phone call which is extremely rare these days, well done that lady ????, I missed the call however but you left a voicemail and followed it up with an email ???? Received delivery as stated and all well packaged. Part was installed in a few minutes and has completely transformed the stove efficiency, should've bought a multifuel stove and not a woodburner, didn't realise at the time ???? thanks for all ????
