VERY IMPORTANT NOTE BEFORE ORDERING: There are TWO DIFFERENT SHAPES / SIZES of glass available. You CANNOT tell by looking at the front of the fire. To Check you MUST take the glass out of the appliance (BECAUSE OF THE SHAPE OF THE METAL DOOR, IT MAY LOOK LIKE YOUR GLASS IS SHAPED WHEN IN FACT IT IS NOT). This listing is for the OLDER APPLIANCE which has a PLAIN GLASS (4 corners). The other option is for the newer appliance - after approx 2009 - and has a SHAPED GLASS (one of the corners is chamfered / cut away). NOTE ALSO THE SIZE OF THE CHAMFERED GLASS IS DIFFERENT 233mm x 184mm

Door Glasses Function:
The Fire 'Glass' (whether Strips or Panels) acts as a barrier between the fire and the room yet allows the flames to be viewed with the door closed. The Glass seals the appliance and slows the oxygen entering the appliance, hence preventing the fire from buring too rapidly.

IRELAND (EU): We are taking orders to Republic of Ireland based on a 'best endeavours basis'. Due to our internal processes, there will be some products we cannot ship to Ireland. You may also PLACE AN ONLINE but DO NOT PAY and SELECT 'PAY LATER'. If ok to ship, we will send you an invoice for payment (deducting VAT). We would estimate around 10 - 15. The buyer will be responsible for payment of any import tax via Customers, the Courier will contact you for payment seperately when the parcels reach Ireland depot.

Returns:
Don't worry if you order the incorrect part, notify us within 7 days and return within 14 days. If we have advised you that your part is a SPECIAL ORDER then there may be a restocking | handling fee. Click for information about HOW TO RETURN. DO NOT return any parts to our registered office address in COVENTRY, this is not our warehouse and deliveries will be rejected by the admin team.
To return an item complete the RETURN FORM. We will then advise you a return address for your item.
