The FIRE BRICKS protect the Rayburn MF cookers cast iron panels from direct heat from the fire & fuel. If a FIREBRICK is cracked we recommend you replacing it with a new brick, a cracked brick will soon deteriorate allowing heat exposure to the metal casting..
