Due to a technical problem with my tablet I was unable to order online. Not a problem got on the phone and ordered my items without an issue. The staff were very helpful and told me I would receive my order in a few days, imagine my surprise when I took delivery within 24hours!The firebricks are quite fragile, they were very well packed, wrapped in large bubble wrap and on a bed of shredded cardboard, very safe.I am pleased with every aspect of my order.
