Very pleased with the service, the email correspondence was informative and prompt, which was reassuring for me. Thank you.

The new throat plate was much easier to fit than the old, now obsolete, throat plate. Every thing is working fine and I am very pleased.

The service I received from you was excellent, but the carriers DPD were not so good.

Exelent company processed order quickly, bug the carriers need to get there act together, the product is of excellent quality.
