Hi, can’t make much comment as the order has not yet been delivered to the nominated address in the UK please look into this oversight and report back as the order is required next week to be picked up and delivered to our address in France by a friend returning home from England.

Ordered on line before company re-opened after holiday but still had contact via email. Order must have been dispatched promptly and I received sooner than I was expecting. Great service.

If this lasts as long as the last one I ordered from Fireparts I will be quite happy. Think I previously had in 2008.

Fast delivery, delivery charge excessive for the size of the part ordered. Was packed in a box far too big for the size of the part and full of polystyrene packing, not very environmentally friendly

A bit rusty, but then it is a part from a now obsolete fire, so was pleased that it was available at all
