The personal service I received from Lynne is second to none. Living where I do in a relatively remote area of the Highlands of Scotland, I am forced to conduct alot of my shopping and business online. As such, I am able to objectively comment on the service I receive from each company I deal with. Lynne was able to give a personal touch to the purchases I made with prompt responses to each enquiry. I'm sure there are are others in the Fireparts.com team that have had a part in completing my orders, but Lynne stood out as someone who appeared to have her 'finger on the pulse' - and did not give the customer (me) the feeling that I was asking too much of them to complete my enquiry. I have now completed repairs to two stoves with the parts obtained from Fireparts.com. This will be my first port of call should I need anything further to repair or maintain these stove in the future.

Parts fitted perfectly and the castings were clean, free from flash and despatched promptly.
