Bricks and packing fine, but DPD couriers crushed box somehow and smashed the fire cement container, quite a feat considering the amount of packing inside. Cement all over everything and most wasted - very unsatisfactory. Bricks now installed and working just as needed, quality appears to be very good. delivery time good as well.

Excellent service my parents are in there 80s and had smashed the front glass on there old fire and is hard to get parts for it these days and I came across this website who had a picture of there fire on the website and I managed to find the glass part and ordered it,it arrived in excellent condition and arrived earlier than expected so thanks very much and will be using them again
