We only ordered it at about lunchtime on 19.10.16, you replied to us saying that it was out for despatch on the same day at 20:22pm and it arrived today, 20.10.16 at about 2:00pm - that must be some kind of record! Took approximately 12 days to complete order. Initially paint not included in dispatch. Sorted subsequently with complimentary inclusion of additional rope glue. Advised re-dispatch lost by courier. Re-Re-dispatched. Got there eventually! Assistance from helpline lady of top quality so no stress!
