Thanks very much. You kept me posted and the goods arrived in excellent condition.

My Baxi grate needed replacement after over twenty years of use. They slowly distort and fracture in the heat. I look forward to using the new one for the next twenty years.

I ordered the same part over 10 years ago and was amazed it was only £1 dearer! Ordering was easy (I had kept the details from previous order that the staff had been very helpful to ensure I bought the correct item) delivery was fast, product very well packed and exactly what I needed. Strong, well made. To be honest when I took the old one out it didn't need replacing but I now have both in place to stop larger pieces of coal falling through! Excellent product, excellent company!

Very strong, well made product. Very reasonably priced, and only £1 dearer than the last time I ordered over 10 years ago (and to be honest the old one didn't really need replacing!).
