I bought a grate for a Parkray stove from Lynne in Fireparts a number of years ago. She was excellent. When i made contact with the group again in May 2023 I was glad to see that she was the person who answered my initial e mail. This lady is very efficient. The products are very reasonably priced. The speed and accuracy of delivery is excellent as well. I highly recommending the company for quality and service.
