Great service, our fire hasn't worked so well in years! It's generally difficult to get hold of things for this type of solid fuel burner, the emphasis seems to be on gas fires - we have no gas in the house. Keep up the good work.

I needed to replace a damaged log retainer/deepening bar, ash box and grate in a 60+ fireplace. I hadn’t a clue which parts, make or model I needed.
