Great service, live in Northern Scotland and stove glass broke, panic our main source of heat in the winter, called Fireparts.com spoke to a very nice lady who sorted it out for me and said it would be in the post today, expected to wait a couple of days but it arrived next day, well packed, fitted in 20 minutes and stove back on. Thanks great service will be first place I call if I need anything.

Took approximately 12 days to complete order. Initially paint not included in dispatch. Sorted subsequently with complimentary inclusion of additional rope glue. Advised re-dispatch lost by courier. Re-Re-dispatched. Got there eventually! Assistance from helpline lady of top quality so no stress!
