I bought a grate for a Parkray stove from Lynne in Fireparts a number of years ago. She was excellent. When i made contact with the group again in May 2023 I was glad to see that she was the person who answered my initial e mail. This lady is very efficient. The products are very reasonably priced. The speed and accuracy of delivery is excellent as well. I highly recommending the company for quality and service. I could not have been happier with the product and the service. Staff were brilliant. I was the first time i have had to replace the bottom grate of my fire and was unsure what size i needed. Fortunately the staff were on the ball, contacting me vie phone and email to answer my questions

Fits perfectly but ask staff for help in getting right size. I suggest sending photos of the grate, there seems to be a lot of different shapes and sizes.
