Although wrong product supplied Firepaetsxwere extremely helpful at replacing these in time for our builder to complete work before Storm Arwen hit. Thank goodness!

So pleased with this fire especially as we had 3 days without power when Storm Arwen hit. It kept us roasty toasty in one room of the farmhouse.

Good quick response, and a personal email acknowledging order which feels good in these times of horrid automatic/Bot responses. Feels good to deal with real people these days. My delivery was delayed somewhat by adverse weather conditions here in Scotland (not the fault of Fireparts), so took almost 2 weeks instead of 2 days...but that was expected. Arrived safe and packaged well.

Feels good and looks good - fits very well. Time will tell it last longer than a year! Hard to rate prior to use!
