Had chat with customer service to make sure I was ordering the right products for my very old Parkray Very knowledgeable and helpful. Got exactly what I needed and arrived quickly. Nice to know I can get replacements for a fire that must be over 60 yrs old. Highly recommend.

DPD delivery service advised that the delivery would be made on one day, but there was no further contact.
Then, on the next day, advised an inconvenient/unsuitable delivery time with no means of advising inconvenient or to propose alternative time.
After advising a location for delivery, DPD failed to leave the parcal either on that day.
This meant that we had to visit a "drop off point" to collect goods.
Consider this could have been better and not particularly helpful customer service.
