I rang your company to order a replacement Baxi grate. I had purchased one from you about 3 years ago and needed a replacement. You had record of my purchase and were able to quickly retrieve my details. Postage address was checked and I was told I would receive the grate in 2 or 3 days which I did.
The service was 5 star and I was dealt with in a friendly and efficient way.
Actually I kept a magnetic 'card' or your details on my refriderator where it remains.

GRATES
Large range of DISCOUNTED FIRE GRATES for solid fuel stoves, fires & cookers.
The GRATE supports the Fuel (from falling into the bottom of the fire) when it is burning. Some appliances have ONE GRATE, others may have TWO GRATES. Grates can be flat or have legs. Some grates have a riddling mechanism. Grates can be made from CAST or CHROME Iron. It is important to replace a failing grate in order to maintain it's efficiency. A broken grate will result in unburnt solid fuel falling into the ashpan and then emptied out with the ashes.
