Quality traditional product, quite easily fitted in this case into a suitably-modified redundant Baxi back-boiler fireplace. Adjustable draught flaps allow some control over burning rate, but not with the ease and effectiveness of a woodburner.

DPD delivery service advised that the delivery would be made on one day, but there was no further contact. Then, on the next day, advised an inconvenient/unsuitable delivery time with no means of advising inconvenient or to propose alternative time. After advising a location for delivery, DPD failed to leave the parcal either on that day. This meant that we had to visit a "drop off point" to collect goods. Consider this could have been better and not particularly helpful customer service.
