I bought a grate for a Parkray stove from Lynne in Fireparts a number of years ago. She was excellent. When i made contact with the group again in May 2023 I was glad to see that she was the person who answered my initial e mail. This lady is very efficient. The products are very reasonably priced. The speed and accuracy of delivery is excellent as well. I highly recommending the company for quality and service. If I needed a stove related product again - i would Not be wasting time or energy searching for another supplier. Without hesitation - I would make immediate contact with Fireparts. I could not have been happier with the product and the service. Staff were brilliant. I was the first time i have had to replace the bottom grate of my fire and was unsure what size i needed. Fortunately the staff were on the ball, contacting me vie phone and email to answer my questions
Fits perfectly but ask staff for help in getting right size. I suggest sending photos of the grate, there seems to be a lot of different shapes and sizes.

Excellent service my parents are in there 80s and had smashed the front glass on there old fire and is hard to get parts for it these days and I came across this website who had a picture of there fire on the website and I managed to find the glass part and ordered it,it arrived in excellent condition and arrived earlier than expected so thanks very much and will be using them again
