Lynne at Fireparts was very helpful when delivery was delayed by Hunter. She not only clarified the delivery arrangements with Hunter but very kindly refunded the delivery charge as well as phoning me back directly with the revised delivery plan immediately she acquired this info. Parts arrived today a day ahead of schedule.

The telephone ordering was really easy. The lady who took the call rang us back to confirm that the part could be obtained, she talked us through the ordering and payment process so we knew what to expect.
