Hi, can’t make much comment as the order has not yet been delivered to the nominated address in the UK please look into this oversight and report back as the order is required next week to be picked up and delivered to our address in France by a friend returning home from England.

Don’t know, haven’t seen it yet.

I ordered the same part over 10 years ago and was amazed it was only £1 dearer! Ordering was easy (I had kept the details from previous order that the staff had been very helpful to ensure I bought the correct item) delivery was fast, product very well packed and exactly what I needed. Strong, well made. To be honest when I took the old one out it didn't need replacing but I now have both in place to stop larger pieces of coal falling through! Excellent product, excellent company!

Very strong, well made product. Very reasonably priced, and only £1 dearer than the last time I ordered over 10 years ago (and to be honest the old one didn't really need replacing!).
