Communication was generally good, although there was a delay in the delivery of my order that I had to follow up on; but the response to this was very prompt and my order arrived the following day.

Slight blip when my first order arrived. The courier had clearly dropped it somewhere between despatch and delivery, the box was split and one of the firebricks shattered. All was redeemed, however. A replacement part arrived two days later. Good service, good response to a problem.
