I have been struggling on for a few years with my ancient ash cans rusting into small holes which let the ash out a bit. Moaning about it to my son and saying 'I don't expect they make them any more, it was 1967 we bought them', he went on line and found you. I was delighted and made the order which arrived promptly despite the fact, as I understand, that you have been overwhelmed with new custom in thses gas-expensive times. Thanks.

Slight blip when my first order arrived. The courier had clearly dropped it somewhere between despatch and delivery, the box was split and one of the firebricks shattered. All was redeemed, however. A replacement part arrived two days later. Good service, good response to a problem.
