The service from Fireparts.com is very good and their Website is easy to navigate,find and order the part(s) that you need from a very comprehensive parts & accessories catalogue. The ordered items are dispatched soon after payment, usually arriving in two to three days.

A sturdy quality tool made from stainless steel and good quality hard plastic. Bought as a spare tool as the original one is still in service with my Parkray Major 111 after 30+ years!.

I needed to replace a damaged log retainer/deepening bar, ash box and grate in a 60+ fireplace. I hadn’t a clue which parts, make or model I needed. Rayburn models have changed names over the years, the Rayburn ROYAL was a direct replacement for Rayburn No3.  The Rayburn ROYAL then became the Rayburn 212S & name then change to the current 212 SFW.  The Rayburn SUPREME became the Rayburn NOUVELLE (solid fuel) and then Rayburn 355S followed by 355M & final name change 355SFW .... The SUPREME OIL became NOUVELLE OIL and then Rayburn 368K.  The Rayburn MF (Multi Fuel) became Rayburn 216M & then 216SFW.  The Rayburn REGENT is no longer manufactured and was a direct replacement for Rayburn No1.
