Ordering was easy (I had kept the details from previous order that the staff had been very helpful to ensure I bought the correct item) delivery was fast, product very well packed and exactly what I needed. Strong, well made. To be honest when I took the old one out it didn't need replacing but I now have both in place to stop larger pieces of coal falling through! Excellent product, excellent company!
