Assuming 1 is poor and 5 is great, I definitely give a 5. I needed a grate, I visited your web site and there they were. Goof instruction to assist ordering the correct grate. Put it this way I will use your company again.

I managed to bin the other with the ashes some while ago so this is just a direct replacement.
