Was kept well informed with updates on product delivery which actaully occured a few days before the expected date.

The bricks are just what was needed to refurbish our fireplace. They were relatively easy to install although three hands were needed at one point.

I needed to replace a damaged log retainer/deepening bar, ash box and grate in a 60+ fireplace. I hadn’t a clue which parts, make or model I needed. Our panels are made from clear 'Ceramic' which is more durable than 'Glass' and is popular as a replacement to old fashioned stove glass.  Whilst it is still delicate (like glass), Ceramic can absorb (a) more knocks and (b) has ZERO Thermal Expansion.  The physical difference between Glass and Ceramic is not obvious.  To check, take a Panel of 'Ceramic' glass and view it on the edge - looking into the glass (it will appear slightly pinky / brown in colour) where as Glass will appear white / clear.  Both types, when viewed 'head on' look clear. Our Ceramic panels can withstand heat of over 1200 degrees Fahrenheit, ensuring safety, clarity, and long-lasting performance.
