Good, prompt and friendly service. Quick delivery. Although one part had been omitted from initial delivery, upon notification, it was very quickly shipped. Although not yet put to the test, products all appear good quality.

Unable to complete the order online but a call to the Fireparts team found that Lynne was able to do it for me, arrange a BACs payment and have the part with me two days later. I found the company friendly, efficient and for the part I wanted cheaper than its competitors. Genuinely thank you so much we were able to use the range again just as the cold weather descended.

The part was an exact match for my old one which was original with the range. The existing one took considerable encouragement to come out due to age and condition. This replacement slipped in easily.

Our panels are made from clear 'Ceramic' which is more durable than 'Glass' and is popular as a replacement to old fashioned stove glass.  Whilst it is still delicate (like glass), Ceramic can absorb (a) more knocks and (b) has ZERO Thermal Expansion.  The physical difference between Glass and Ceramic is not obvious.  To check, take a Panel of 'Ceramic' glass and view it on the edge - looking into the glass (it will appear slightly pinky / brown in colour) where as Glass will appear white / clear.  Both types, when viewed 'head on' look clear. Our Ceramic panels can withstand heat of over 1200 degrees Fahrenheit, ensuring safety, clarity, and long-lasting performance.
