Great service (or should I say "Grate" Service) I was unsure if the Fire Chamber was the correct one as the one on the website (and shown in the product feedback box below was for a LIFT OUT and I needed an OUTSIDE one) the dimensions didn't seem to match mine. My builder removed my existing Fire Chamber which had two protruding bolts making it seem wider so I agreed to accept the risk that I ordered the wrong one and the builder would "make it fit" - Lynne and Simon couldn't match up my photos with their stock. Not to be deterred they went back and measured the one in stock, let me know what they found and I decided to go for it. When it arrived it was an exact copy of my old one and the builder fitted it in a few hours. After letting the cement cure on the new bricks it's been working perfectly and I've even roasted some seasonal chestnuts on it. So overall a brilliant service and that's why I've given 5 starts. the only negative was that delivery took 3 days longer than expected. thanks again - photo's are on the way as requested Lynne
