The service from yourselves was great the packing of the product was poor the box was damaged and the seal to go round the glass was all screwed up inside the box. Thankfully the glass survived.

There were so many Rayburn firebricks available that I spent some time identifying our model and the correct fire brick. Ordering was easy and it arrived safely, well packed. It was worth the time spent and the new firebrick was fitted easily. I should have orderd much more fire cement and I was amazed at how much I needed in the end and had to buy more locally.

REPLACEMENT door GLASS panels for stoves and log burners. High Quality Heat Resistant glass for multi fuel stoves and Log Burning Stoves. Our panels are made from clear 'Ceramic' which is more durable than 'Glass' and hence has become popular as a replacement to old stove glass.  Whilst it is still delicate (like glass), Ceramic can absorb (a) more knocks and (b) has ZERO Thermal Expansion.  The physical difference between Glass and Ceramic is not obvious.  To check, take a Panel of 'Ceramic' glass and view it on the edge - looking into the glass (it will appear slightly pinky / brown in colour) where as Glass will appear white / clear.  Both types, when viewed 'head on' look clear. Our Ceramic panels can withstand heat of over 1200 degrees Fahrenheit, ensuring safety, clarity, and long-lasting performance.
