I went online to order replacement parts for my Baxi fireplace. I then rang as I was unsure of the correct replacement. I spoke to Lynne who was more than helpful. She kept me right about the correct replacement and wanted to ensure that I was happy with this. She looked at me previous order to you (2018) and was able to advise on the replacement. Have had these bars from Fireparts.com a few times now. They seem to last a year in our Parkray and considering its our only source of heating it is used a lot. which i think is very good.
