If you continue to browse and use this website or use our telephone or email services, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use and engagement, which together with our privacy policy govern MEGGA SERVICE ( relationship with you in relation to this website & our services.  There are links from this page to other pages in our website which also form part of our Terms of Business.  If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions or our website information pages, please do not use our website or order parts though us, if there any questions we can help you with regarding our terms, then please ask us.

The term ‘’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ or 'our' or 'the seller' refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is: MEGGA SERVICE whose registered head office is: The Apex, 2 Sheriffs Orchard, Coventry, CV1 3PP. is a trading name of Megga Service. The term ‘you’ or 'your' or 'the buyer' refers to anyone conducting business via our website, email or / and telephone line.

Megga Service applied for VAT registration on 11th March 2014.  The UK VAT number granted is 182­-3275­-09.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

• COOKIES are used by this website to monitor browsing preferences. If you do allow cookies to be used, the following personal information may be stored by us for use by third parties: [see Privacy Info].

• PRICING & DISCOUNTS - Many products are discounted for online / web purchases only (red text).  The crossed through price could be displaying either (a) the recommended manufactures price or (b) Fireparts own suggested retail price.  Our sale (discounted) price will be clearly shown as the published price and is in black text.  If you are a trade customer or buying in larger quantity, contact us for further discounts.

• PAYMENT: Online or telephone transactions paid by Credit / Debit card will appear on the buyers bank account as MEGGA SERVICE (  Cheques for purchases are to be made payable to 'Megga-Service'.  Customers with accounts should settle them by 15th of the following month for the period payable. Goods will remain the property of MEGGA SERVICE until they are paid for.  Goods should only be delivered to the address registered on your bank card or Paypal account, we would require an explanation if the delivery & billing address are different and as such reserve the right to retain an order until we confirm and complete our checks.

• ORDER PROCESS TIME - We endeavour to dispatch orders (24 to 48 hours from receipt) by the courier means selected by you at order stage. There may be times we do not have the product in our own stores and as such would arrange for it to be sent from our partners stores (where in some cases they hold our own stock on our behalf).  Depending on availability we may ask the manufacture of the stove to dispatch the part directly to you which could take longer delivery time.  Either way, MEGGA SERVICE reserves the right to dispatch the product from locations which are best place to service our customers in a quick and efficient manner.  MEGGA SERVICE do not accept any responsibility or consequential loss for delayed dispatch.  You are always within your rights to cancel the order and have a 100% refund provided it has not been dispatched at the time of cancellation.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS: We endeavour to keep our stock records up to date, however, from time to time levels shown or orders received by our online shopping site may not reflect the levels we or our suppliers hold in stock. As time progresses some parts may also become obsolete.  In the rare event where we have taken an order and cannot obtain a part, we reserve the right to return in full the money you paid and accept no liability of consequential losses of any type.  

• PRODUCT DISPLAYED WEIGHT - is often estimated and 'averaged out' across that particular stock type sector.  For this reason weights are merely used as a guide to postage costs and not to be used as the actual weight of the product.

• NON UK DELIVERY COSTS & TAXES – Deliveries to NON UK destinations (including : Europe, Ireland & Other world areas) cannot be purchased online as we need to call the couriers to check the price.  Should you request delivery to an area which is outside of UK Tax laws, then you pay the 'import fees or taxes'.  Our item prices or delivery prices do NOT cover Import Taxes / fees to your country.  

UK DELIVERY – Orders to UK Mainland or UK Territories (North of Glasgow & Edinburgh, UK Islands / offshore, Northern Ireland can be purchased online, delivery charges will be quoted at the shopping cart / checkout stage.

  We endeavour to send to our customers a ‘DISPATCH EMAIL’ advising the order has been dispatched and approximately when to receive it.  Deliveries will only be on working days unless you have requested otherwise. . Be aware that changing to a Saturday delivery may incur extra charges which would be payable by the you / the buyer.  [See Delivery Info Page]

• XMAS & NEW YEAR Delivery - The month of December and leading up to Xmas, couriers often can be a day or so later than we quote.  We will display on our website the cut off date for deliveries to arrive before xmas and plan a few extra days for the delayed courier.  MEGGA SERVICE have no control however on the couriers volumes / delay and as such cannot comment or guarantee delivery times.  Orders not received by our displayed ‘cut off date’ will be dispatched in the new year.   The industry as a whole in January can see some parts in short supply and there could well be a slight delay in receiving your order.

 • SIGNING FOR GOODS & DAMAGED ITEMS - Most of our parcels will require a signature upon receipt.  Only sign for the items once you have checked them.  If there has been damage in transit DO NOT SIGN & REJECT THE ORDER as it will make it difficult to claim on the couriers insurance and you may not be refunded.  If you are signing for goods you are signing to say they have been receive in good condition.  If you have asked us to leave the parcel somewhere (as you may be out),  we will need you to 'write & sign' a note and leave it for the courier.  The note will also need to say ‘unchecked’ to denote you have NOT checked the parcel for damage. This note then gives the driver authorisation to leave and indemnifies the driver should the parcel(s) go missing;  you will however be responsible for the parcel from this point onward.  Any 'delivery' information you ask us to pass on to the courier (can be added at checkout stage) will be added to your parcel for the courier also.  In the event you have signed for the goods and did not check them... we would require photographs sent to us with 48 hours of receiving the parcel.  If the products have a protective film or packaging over them, do not open them.  If you have signed for and received damaged goods, contact us immediately and we will advise the best way forward.

• RETURNS - Should the Buyer accidently purchase and have delivered the incorrect parts, we offer a 14 days return service. MEGGA SERVICE should be notified within 14 days of Delivery by completing our 'RETURNS FORM' and a Returns Number will be issued. Buyer will need to cover the extra courier charges and return by their own means.  MEGGA SERVICE will refund the cost of the part only.  In exceptional cases where an part has been 'specially ordered' ; MEGGA SERVICE ( reserve the right to charge up to 30% (of the product price) as a restocking fee, please ask at time of ordering the part.  Glasses purchased from our 'Stove Glass Shop' are most often classed as 'specially ordered' as cut by lazer machine for each order, as such a 30% restocking fee would apply.  More information about type of returns and the process can be on our RETURNS PROCESS page.  

Once a Returns Number (RMA) has been issued to you, return the parts to:  Megga Service, Product Returns, 176 Long Street, Atherstone, Wawickshire, CV9 1AE. (please note that parcels will be rejected if sent to our Headoffice at The Apex, Coventry, so only post returns to the Atherstone address & with a valid Returns Number.  We cannot be held responsible for parcels that are not retuned to the correct address or that do not have a valid RMA.

If you are in any doubt at all about the part you are about to order or the returns process generally, contact our office by telephone (during opening hours) or email us a photo of your appliance & old parts.  This service is offered to help reduce the amount of incorrectly ordered parts.

• FAULTY / MISDISCRIBED GOODS -  You are within your statutory rights and can claim a FULL REFUND if the products are NOT (a) of Satisfactory Quality (b) Fit for Purpose or (c) Accurately Described.  Whilst we would appreciate being notified sooner, you have 30 days to report an issue and claim a refund.  If an item has been damaged in the courier network advise us within 48 hours of receipt as we will need to notify the couriers (for insurance purposes) in the same 48 hour timescale.

• CANCELLATIONS -  If you have just placed an order and wish to cancel it, advise us as soon as possible, ideally by telephone or if our office is closed by email. Fireparts will endeavour to stop the order being processed, however, if this is not possible please see the 'returns process'.  If we DO manage to stop the orders being dispatched, funds will be returned to your bank within 7 days.

• PRODUCT GUARANTEE - We do not offer a guarantee of expected life of a product as parts burn out at different times depending on the wear or usage of the stoves.  The items we sell are purchased from reliable suppliers with good product material grade.  Metal parts are made in batch loads and as such, if there were a problem with a batch we would know from many customer.  Should this ever happen, we would work with customers to rectify.  If parts wear too quickly, this is usually as they have either been (a) fitted incorrectly or (b) the incorrect fuel grade is being burnt (c) fire burning excessively high / hot for periods of time. [See our Technical Help Pages] which offers guidance of how to fit certain parts.  We will work with any customer, within reason, to ascertain the issue with their stove.

• COUPONS are provided as a 'gesture of goodwill' to our clients. If they are not used at the time of ordering and paying online or over the telephone, then we cannot apply the discount to that particular order. Coupons may be removed at anytime and without notice and have no redemption value.

WEBSITE INFORMATION - Data on our website is sourced from many reference points, neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information found on this website for any particular purpose. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s).
