We only ordered it at about lunchtime on 19.10.16, you replied to us saying that it was out for despatch on the same day at 20:22pm and it arrived today, 20.10.16 at about 2:00pm - that must be some kind of record! The service from yourselves was great the packing of the product was poor the box was damaged and the seal to go round the glass was all screwed up inside the box. Thankfully the glass survived.
