Assuming 1 is poor and 5 is great, I definitely give a 5. I needed a grate, I visited your web site and there they were. Goof instruction to assist ordering the correct grate. Put it this way I will use your company again.

The small but mighty PARKRAY Aspect 4 Eco from HUNTER | PARKRAY STOVES is the smallest of the Aspect collection. With a heat output range of 3-5.5kW.
For maximum efficiency and a cleaner burn, we highly recommend using only WOOD logs with a moisture content below 20%. Wet or unseasoned wood leads to excess smoke, tar deposits, and significantly diminished heat output.
