The Grate Guide is a part that supports the individual Firebars and is located inside the appliance at the rear / back. It is shapped like a 'Chocolate Toblerone' bar. Customers sometimes get confused between the 'Grate Support Bar' and the 'Shaker Bar' which is located at the FRONT of the appliance. The 'Grate Support' can also be called 'Grate Support Guide' or 'Grate Guide'.
