Part wasnt in stock. Was emailed straight away to inform and could of had a refund or wait until stock came in. I waited and it turned up after Xmas. Sooner than i thought it would have. Fitted easily and now enjoying a slow burning stove.

Not used yet as we didnt need it.

Web site was easy to use, the grate arrived a few days after ordering (sooner than expected), very pleased with the ‘grate’ service.

It is exactly what I expected, casting looks to be good quality and it fits in the fireplace.
