Your service was excellent but you must do something about transport costs. Nairn is not in the back and beyond. It is well served by Road, rail and air. I would have been happy for the fire brick to come by a cheaper means even if it meant a longer delivery time.

Because of a problem in fitting the brick, I am not able to comment on its effectiveness. I’ll come back to you in 25 years time.
