Hi huys i was very happy with the service from fire parts. even when we had a little confusion identifying my stove your staff were very helpful and busy to fix my problem. the one item not sent was the glass clips for the doors but further investigation showed those products are not available anymore as my stove is from the 1970s thankyou for your help and i will recommend you guys to my friends. best regards john haigh, carlisle

DPD delivery service advised that the delivery would be made on one day, but there was no further contact.
Then, on the next day, advised an inconvenient/unsuitable delivery time with no means of advising inconvenient or to propose alternative time.
After advising a location for delivery, DPD failed to leave the parcal either on that day.
This meant that we had to visit a "drop off point" to collect goods.
Consider this could have been better and not particularly helpful customer service.

Due to a technical problem with my tablet I was unable to order online.Not a problem got on the phone and ordered my items without an issue.The staff were very helpful and told me I would receive my order in a few days,imagine my surprise when I took delivery within 24hours!The firebricks are quite fragile,they were very well packed,wrapped in large bubble wrap and on a bed of shredded cardboard,very safe.I am pleased with every aspect of my order.
