Great less than 24 hrs between ordering and delivery

I had to cut the tread down slightly to acheive a tight door fit but this might be due to the hole not being drilled and tapped deep enough when the fire was built

I rang your company to order a replacement Baxi grate. I had purchased one from you about 3 years ago and needed a replacement. You had record of my purchase and were able to quickly retrieve my details. Postage address was checked and I was told I would receive the grate in 2 or 3 days which I did. The service was 5 star and I was dealt with in a friendly and efficient way. Actually I kept a magnetic 'card' or your details on my refriderator where it remains.

The grate is exactly what was required and is a well produced product. I am very happy with it.
