Thank you for your excellent service! I received my fire grate the day after ordering it! I didn't actually get a message from the couriers ( which is unusual for DPD!), but that wasn't a problem because I was at home when it was delivered! Very pleased with the grate, it fits my old Parkray Paragon fire perfectly! This company tried, they said to leave the items at the address twice. Left no calling card, maybe because of Covid, but they had the mobile no for this order. Eventually after returning item to Warehouse it was eventually delivered on the 28/01/2021 having been ordered on the 13/01/2021. Maybe DPD should be investigated?? Lynne the customer care staff was excellent tracking the product, thank her very much.
